1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a website on your device. Similar technologies, including local browser or IndexedDB storage, can also remember information needed for a service to work. This policy covers both.

2. Essential technology used by ViaRoster

These technologies are necessary to provide the secure sign-in and private workspace requested by the user. They are not used for advertising or behavioural profiling.

3. Analytics and marketing

ViaRoster does not currently place analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent choice will be presented before non-essential technology is activated.

4. Managing cookies and storage

You can use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking essential storage may prevent organiser sign-in or other secure features from working correctly.
